Four generations on one boat on the canals of Groningen

5.00Honestly, the boat was not what we had expected: there is no roof, no option for shade if needed, and that was relevant that day because 3 of our party of 7 were between 70 and 88 years old. But the weather was glorious, the temperature absolutely perfect to be both in the shade at times or in the full sun most of the time. tHeseats were comfortable, the story of the guide/skipper about the city was simple but still informative. The drinks were simple too, just cans of soda, but the seats were comfortable, the skipper was friendly and relaxed and the tour was chill and quiet and the view on the vty fromt he water was simply lovely! It was both super simple and very enjoyable and fun at the same time, we all - younfg and old - looooooved it!

4.00Together with my brother-in-law a private guided tour of 1.5 hours through the canals of Groningen while enjoying drinks and some simple snacks. Was very nice. Expected some more of the snacks....! And because it was busy we were in a boat with an old diesel....should not be allowed anymore in this time and of course makes a noise. Despite the latest facts, the trip was still very entertaining and fun!
Wonderfully relaxed boat tour, recommended!
