One of the best food tours we have done. Learned all about the history and architecture of the city from Jim. A Detroit native, he is perfect for this tour. In addition, the food portion of the tour did not disappoint. Portions were very generous, and the food was delicious. If you have an opportunity to take this tour, you will not be disappointed.

Great walking event and very educational. Our guide was knowledgeable. The food tasting was delish just wished each person received their own bag of popcorn which was the secret item of our event.

-Told to show up at 11:15 and the tour guide would have an orange umbrella. She walked up at exactly 11:30, no orange umbrella. Not a big deal, but worth noting. -One person was late so we had to chase him down/find him. -Structure of the tour was basically just walking spot to spot, I think everything was within a quarter mile of each other, just zip zagging around and taking side streets. -The food itself was good. Rueben rolls were our favorite. -Tour guide was hard to hear any time she did share any facts. When she did, they were pretty surface level. -Hard to connect with tour guide. Overall, it was fine. Not sure it’s worth the money. You’re better off looking up iconic or historical food spots and doing a self-directed tour.
