5.00If there was a 6 stars rating, our guide Alex would get it. He knew Rome like the back of his palm, and drove us almost entirely through narrow alleys where we could see more the real life of Romans, rather than us caught in the heavier traffic in bigger thoroughfares. He told us such interesting historic things about all the scenes that previous trips in the area had missed entirely. He was prompt at time picking us, courteous, professional with excellent driving. He was flexible and discussed with us about details of trips, making adjustments to cater for our needs all the time. Last but not least, the vehicle (Mercedes) that he was driving along was so comfortable, luxurious, roomy. Thanks for the service provider, Viator, ans especially Alex our guide and driver to give us such an amazing experience. SIX Stars services!
