While the events slow down at the balloon festival grounds there are many other things to in Albuquerque, New Mexico

5.00Wow!!!! Spectacular!!!! Our Pilot was extremely talented (this ‘cowboy’ could probably land on a dime), and FUN! The crew were also very helpful. You could spend more money elsewhere, but you won’t get any better experience than this!!!!

4.00This is a family company and there was some yelling and not so nice treatment of each other as they were filling the balloon. The ride was great and always felt safe. I wish they would treat each other better, I don't need to be part of their family drama.

5.00Shane was our pilot. He was extremely informative and entertaining. I had no idea how much knowledge, experience and work this takes. My granddaughter and I would do it again on our next visit. Thanks to all of the team.

5.00I would gladly give a 10 star rating if I could. Our experience was perfect. The weather couldn’t have been any better. Our driver Michelle was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. She answered everyone’s questions. Our pilot, Shane, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and a very smooth landing. Shane has many, many years of experience with a perfect safety record. We had the best experience for the first time we rode in a hot air balloon. I highly recommend Aerogelic and our pilot Shane.

5.00Our Pilot Shane and his crew were friendly and confident in their vast technical abilities to provide a safe and spectacular experience. We appreciated their direct and authentic communication style to adhere to safety first and local regulations, as well as providing information about the area and the art of hot air ballooning. We felt safe and so honored to take our first flight with his team, as tgey worked together seamlessly. Shane’s recitation of the traditional champagne toast and simple fresh fruit picnic they provided afterwards, was an unexpected bonus that allowed us to learn more about the French history of hot air balloons and the opportunity to share personal highlights of our shared experiences with the team/group. I would recommend Aerogelic Ballooning to anyone who wants a straight forward above and beyond pure delight.
