The first and exclusive guided tour that allows you to explore the ancient city as it was two thousand years ago, while walking in today’s Verona.
Thanks to the use of advanced smartglasses in Augmented Reality, you can observe how some of the symbolic places of ancient Verona looked two thousand years ago, today transformed or hidden by the modern urban fabric.
The tour takes place on foot, in the company of a specialized guide, and combines historical and archaeological narration with the suggestion of virtual reconstructions, to offer an engaging and educational experience.
You will walk on Roman cobbled streets, see the original shape and size of the forum re-emerge, the public buildings that surrounded it and the Capitolium, the most important temple in ancient Verona.
You can live a unique experience to rediscover the Roman city as you have never seen it before, thanks to Augmented Reality that will reconstruct before your eyes the lost face of Verona two thousand years ago.

5.00I took part in a guided tour of Verona that turned out to be a truly surprising and engaging experience. Thanks to the use of augmented reality headsets, the tour went far beyond the classic walk: it was like taking a real journey through time. Observing the virtual reconstructions superimposed on the real remains has allowed us to understand with great clarity how the temple and the city forum must have looked in Roman times. In particular, the area of the Roman Forum in Verona has come to life before our eyes, giving us back the image of a city alive, dynamic and full of daily activities. The guide, an archaeologist, proved prepared, passionate and able to explain in a simple but thorough way the history and importance of the monuments. I highly recommend this visit to those who want to discover Verona in an original and innovative way: it is a perfect combination of history and technology that makes the past incredibly close and understandable. A cultural experience that really leaves its mark.
