Our groups are divided into 8 divers per guide (we follow the PADI rules). We have two boats: one for a group and one for two. All our reefs have currents; please follow the instructions of the Dive Master and the companion system. We offer two tank morning dives every day. A deep tank: 20 to 30 metres and a shallow tank: 13 to 20 metres. We do not choose the reef; it is the diver's decision. The diver will select the reef. If you don’t know which reef you want to dive on, tell your guide what you would like to see. The Dive Master will make recommendations. We can also do two tank evening dives if we have a minimum of three divers. A deep tank: 20 to 30 metres and a shallow tank: 13 to 20 metres. Departure times depend on the location of the diver. However, we started our trips at 8:30 p.m., leaving the Dive Palancar Pier. The Marine Park closes reefs every two months; please ask which ones are closed. Specialized dive sites will not be visited without prior planning. NOTE: Admission to the marine park is at an additional cost.

5.00Just got home from a week in Cozumel. Our group of 6 divers dive with Dive Palancar for five days on a 10 dive package. This was my 15th trip diving with them. We stay at Occidental Grand . They pick us up at the dock right at the resort. Their dive boats are not cattle boats. There is plenty of room for us on the dive boat (Oystier)zTheir service is always 10 out of 10 stars. The last several years our dive guide has been Gustavo. He is the best! At the end of the day when I'm on the ladder boarding the boat he always swims up and takes my fins off for me. It makes it so much easier for me (I'm 81) to get back on the boat. They offer a concierge service where at the end of the first day of diving we leave all of our gear on the boat. Dive Palancar takes all of our gear back to the shop and their concierge washes it and tries it out for us. When the boat arrives to pick us up for the next day, of diving our dive gear is already set up on the tanks. The last day of our trip we leave our dive gear on the boat. The next day it is brought back to our resort via car washed, dried and packed in our dive bag. Their service is absolutely top-notch.I'm 81 years old and have made over 2800 dives. I highly recommend Dive Palancar if you're diving the beautiful Palancar reefs of Cozumel! You can't go wrong with them. They are the best!

5.00Been diving with this company for 30 years! Uncrowded boats. Small dive groups. Experienced Mexican dive masters who know the reefs like they were born there. They will pick you up at most docks on the southern end of the island. Reasonable rates.
