All Rentals include: -High Quality E-bike sized properly to your height. (Note: to meet National Park regulations for the Carriage Roads in Acadia, all our bikes are set up as Class 1 E-bikes and give assistance only when you pedal ) -A helmet, lock, and water bottle holder -An orientation to the usage of the bike and and its functions as well as a briefing on rules and regulations for biking in Acadia National Park -A detailed Carriage Road map and directions to the nearest access point to the biking trails as well as suggested routes that will fit your goals and itinerary for the day. -Assistance in case of a mechanical issue. While we do not come out for dead batteries, our staff is available to come assist you should you have a mechanical issue, flat tire, or other non-medical emergency. - All bikes must be returned by 5pm regardless of start time. - A credit card will be required upon check in for security and damage coverage on the bikes.
