5.00We had a wonderful time! Babu was our tour guide. He was wonderful and helpful. It was just the three of us on this tour. We went to the falls first. If you have issues with your feet or other health conditions I don't think it's a good idea to do so. I got there half way and then I had to stop. We then went to the black sands and that was awesome. We also stopped at the Auckland visitor center.

5.00Jim was excellent!!! He was a safe driver, knowledgeable about the areas in our excursion. He was pleasant, personable and communicated excellently. This was a delightful trip getting away from big city hustle and bustle and commune with nature.

5.00We had a wonderful tour with Jim who was very knowledgeable and informative about the area we visited. At no time did he rush us and he gave us numerous rest stops at photo op locations.

4.00Everything was beautiful and our guide was so much fun!! The itinerary was perfect. The hike is a lot of stairs and our guide was patient with the pace of some of our older friends! The only negative was that there were six adults in our party and while the van allowed for 7 passengers and driver based on seatbelts the person in the middle back was sitting on the hard edges of the other two seats and leaning against plastic arm rests that were folded up.

5.00We loved the waterfall. It wasn’t crowded at all and the views were beautiful. Jim was an excellent tour guide, gave us lots of insight about the island and recommendations for more things to see.
