He explained the history in a very interesting and easy-to-understand way, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Thanks to Essam, our visit to the pyramids became one of the most unforgettable parts of our Egypt trip. We truly appreciated his kindness, positive energy, and attention to detail.
