We start our this day with a tour of the farmhouse in which we will have the cooking lesson and afterwards, we will head to the kitchen where we will meet our chef who will teach us all the secrets related to the preparation of the home-made pasta and the lasagna itself. When it's all set, we will begin cooking ... we are so confident in your skills, that the lasagna you will prepare will be the main course of our lunch, buon appetito!

This morning we will reach a renowned farmhouse near Assisi and we will have a fun cooking lesson in which we will get in touch with the Umbrian and Italian culinary tradition, and we will learn all the process of making a delicious home-made lasagna. We will learn all the necessary ingredients, the utensils and the techniques for preparing the pasta, the different preparations and condiments that we can use. The lasagna that we will prepare will be so delicious that it will be our lunch!

5.00We loved the cooking class. The right way to learn while having fun. At the end of the class, they give you the “mastro lasagna “ certificate.. a very nice souvenir ! It was the second time for us in Umbria, and this time we decided to feel like "local people" and this was the perfect experience .
