Great communication and arrived to pick us up right on time. Had to change to a morning flight due to the heat, not their fault and they were very proactive about rescheduling. We had a great flight!

Great once in a lifetime experience but not a lot to see. One chateaux and a lot of farm land. Very professional staff absolutely no problems but as I said not a lot to see.

While advertised as an English tour our pilot could not give safety instructions without help guest. Flight narrative was all in French. Nice balloon ride but should be clear about languages

Superb flight Saturday 09 May evening, with a team at the top. Our pilot grazed the Loire with our nacelle and made a superb landing (the nacelle remained vertical). Thank you all.
