To ensure the smooth coordination of your arrival, we kindly ask that you provide the following essential details: *HEATHROW AIRPORT PICK-UP -Correct flight number -Departure airport -Expected arrival time at Heathrow Airport We continuously monitor your flight status, allowing our professional driver to be present at the appropriate time, even in the event of delays. On the day of your arrival, the driver will endeavour to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure a seamless pick-up experience. Should contact not be established, the driver will proceed to the arrivals terminal 45 minutes after your aircraft has landed, allowing sufficient time for passport control and baggage collection. *LONDON HOTEL PICK-UP -Hotel name -Pick up time Our professional driver will endeavour to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure clear and ongoing communication. Should it not be possible to establish contact for any reason, the driver will proceed to meet you at the scheduled time at your hotel lobby. In all cases, the driver will assist with your luggage, escort you to the vehicle, ensure your comfort, and transport you safely to Portsmouth Hotel, Cruise Terminal, etc. (depending on which option you choose).
