What an amazingly beautiful place! Our guide was knowledgeable and considerate. He also helped us get the best pictures. We took the 1.5 hour tour which was just right. The tour isn't cheap but when we saw how rough the road was we were glad we weren't in our own car. Plus, the information we received from our guide made it worth it.

We booked thru Three Sisters tour. Emery was wonderful. Not only did we get an amazing sight seeing tour but the insight into the Navaho heritage was the best part. As advertised we went beyond the normal loop to other areas you would never see. Walked into some amazing arches, up close to some ancient pictographs. Emery will use your phone and take some pictures of you using your pano view to create some unique pictures. We stopped at John Wayne point for a unique chance to get on horse named Spirt out on the point. For only $20! So if course we did it. Also was a rest stop with bathrooms and a little shopping or Frye bread. The first hand experience given by Emery is what made this trip so special.

AWESOME Tour! We visited park on May 2, 2026, and thoroughly enjoyed the tour, and the personal attention that "Amery" showed us. I would HIGHLY recommend "Three Sisters Navaho Guided Tours" to anyone interested in a "personal" tour of Monument Valley. Book with them, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. I can't wait to come back and visit again. Thank you. Sincerely, D. Rivas

This tour was the highlight of our spring vacation. Our guide Amory transported us safely to areas of surreal beauty and shared his culture and humor

Our 2.5+ hr tour today was flawless, outstanding, and well worth the money. Amery, our guide, as a Native American himself, explained the culture, history, and represented his family with such love and respect. Also, a great picture taker! Three Sisters provides a big car and more personal attention for little more. Highly recommended!

It was beautiful, we got to stop at the most characteristic points and the Amory guide was really expensive!

If you’ve been to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Antelope Canyon, and think you’ve seen it all, think again. The Monument Valley seen from inside is totally different from seen outside. Three Sisters run an excellent tour program to give an in-depth experience in the valley. And our guide Amory added a personal touch to the tour that gave a lasting impact to us. The tour is about $70 each, and you can’t access the valley without the tour program. 12 person tour truck with the guide(ours, Amory) will take you deep into the valley. It’s a very quiet and surreal experience. The rocks in various shape and form glows red with the sunshine, and our guide Amory told us how they were formed, one a scientific version, the other a Navajo tale version. You can take great pictures, you can run up the sand dune (or Navajo treadmill as Amory put it) and you experience a solemn moment as he tells a personal story. It takes a long time at the Navajo visitor center entrance (about 20 minutes in our case), so bring your car at least 30 minutes early. If you’re coming from outside region, take the time difference into account. And don’t forget to bring extra cash to thank the guide at the end. This is a must-see-tour to put a grand finale for yourself trip!

We had the pleasure of having Amory as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and provided us a once in a lifetime opportunity to see Monument Valley. He took several memorable pictures and shared his personal experiences growing up which helped make us feel like we had a true intimate insight into Navajo culture.

In February, reading the Little Red Book said the road was closed at 2:30 17miles in winter time, and we rushed to 14:05 to get there. We were told the road was closed at 2:00. The car couldn't drive in. We had to look at the observation deck, drove for hours to get here but couldn't get into the ten-minute nest fire. Then I asked the guide tour to show us around. If you choose to tour must choose 2.5 hours, will go to the private car can not enter the lot to see eagle eye , sun eye and other wonders. Our Navajo guide is called Emory. It's very professional, no matter what history, pop culture, movies, natural sciences. Ask him about Navajo's ethos. It also tells you a lot about taking pictures, and it makes good use of the various models of phones to tune into the most appropriate mode to discharge beautiful photos. Although the charges are much more expensive than driving, it is also true that the trip is worth it.
