This was my least favorite experience since I have been in Japan for 40 days. There was no English explanation for what we supposed to do in most locations. I was asked to get a ticket at the beer shop but didn’t know what the ticket was for.

I booked the tour via Klook, but want to leave my reviews here to alert everyone about this company’s terrible attitude towards customer. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this tour due to their complete lack of customer support, empathy, and rigid handling of the situation. While I understand and respect the importance of punctuality, the way they managed my case was unacceptable. The tour dropped us off at an aquarium two hours from Naha and instructed us to return to the bus by 1:55 PM. It was a cold, rainy day, and the aquarium was massive. Unfortunately, I was a few minutes late while making my way back. At 1:58 PM, they finally contacted me via WhatsApp, first asking if I was close to the bus. I immediately responded that I was near the gate and making my way as quickly as possible. However, as soon as I hung up, they simply texted me that the bus had already left. Despite registering my preferred contact method as WhatsApp, they claimed to have called my phone earlier but could not reach me. However, they never attempted to contact me through WhatsApp before the bus left—only afterward, when it was too late. This lack of proactive communication was frustrating, especially since they had my details and used them only to inform me I had been left behind. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of empathy from their customer service representative. Instead of showing any concern or attempting to assist me, she was extremely rigid and dismissive. She repeatedly stated in a cold, almost rude manner, “It’s your fault for being late,” and “A few minutes late still means late.” She kept insisting, “Our policy states that if you are late, you must make your own way to the next stop.” Not once did she show any understanding or even pretend to empathize with the situation. I had informed them that I was very close to the gate and doing my best to reach the bus, yet they made no effort to contact the tour guide or check if waiting even a minute was possible. Instead, they simply told me I had to take a taxi to the next stop at my own expense—costing around 5,000 yen, nearly half the price of the entire tour. What stood out even more was how other tour operators at the aquarium handled similar situations with far more care. I saw at least two tour guides actively searching for their late customers and hurrying them back to their buses. Meanwhile, this company made no effort at all, treating their customers with a strict, robotic approach rather than offering any reasonable support. Overall, this tour completely lacks basic customer service, flexibility, and any sense of care for their guests. If you’re looking for a tour that values its customers and provides even minimal assistance when needed, I strongly recommend choosing another company.

This was an ok bus tour. The stops were fun, but not nearly enough time at each. And, not all the items listed on the tour were stopped at. The staff was nice.

As foreigners, we couldn’t get clear information such as how to get the drink at the last stop. we have to always be very focus to see what’s going on by ourselves. The guide actually has basic politness especially when he talks to one by one on the bus,but the rest of time he looks tired and lacks of enthusiasm, totally no smiling during the whole trip but endurens. Maybe he was not feeling well on the day? When he announced in English was in a small sound and short, not like when he speaks in Japanese to the local visitors .Some of us didn’t get the discount coins at Ryukyu village before we entered. It was the ticket selling lady ran to chase some of us for the discount coins. Not much money, but feeling is not good. Some of us are quite lost during the trip, not relaxing but feel stressed for just follow the guide to walk to somewhere like students.
