We will have the class in my kitcken, equipped with all the necessary tools to let everybody enjoy and appreciate the art of cooking. We will have dinner or lunch on the terrace under a patio, with a stunning sea view both in sunny or rainy days.

I will welcome our small group at our apartment where we will have our interactive cooking class. We will enter in the kitchen and I will introduce you the program and the grandma traditional receipts that we will cook together: everybody will have his own apron and I will teach you how to cook the following dishes: - tagliatelle - ravioli - gnocchi or orecchiette according to the season all rigorously handmady During the preparation everybody will have his own space and ingredients to put in practice what I'll teach, meanwhile I will be glad to share with you the origin of different preparation, with some historical link and show you some tricks how to make a dish a real artwork so that you can be a real italian chef when you will invite your friends at home next time! During the class you will learn also italian names for different ingredients and in a whilw you will became a PASTA expert. Ready for your special dinner? We will move to the terrace and we will share PASTA receipts just cooked during the class and we'll finish our convivial dinner with a real italian coffee and some more legend and local tips. How wonderful this experience was! Monica is fun, lots of great stories, and she really knows how to cook in the traditional Italian way. Her husband Diego (the helper) makes perfect simple sauces to accompany the pasta that are delicious . The beauty is in the simplicity of fresh ingredients that is the Italian way. Mixed & rolled by hand then using a 40 yr old crank pasta machine .. no fancy gadgets used or needed. It was lovely to eat the pasta we made on her terrace overlooking the sea & mountains of Liguria… Grazie mille Monica & Diego & the great group of people that I met that evening .. It was perfect! Highly recommend this experience 🇮🇹❤️

Our host, Monica, was an absolute delight! Not only did she teach us to make pasta the correct way, she wove in stories of her family, a bit of history and lots of good humor! This is a must-do if you have the opportunity. 5 stars, Monica! Buon appetito!

Had the best experience with Monica. She made the experience so fun and the pasta was AMAZING! We are excited to remake the dishes with friends as soon as we get home. I HIGHLY recommend this experience! You won’t regret it.

Maria provided the full pasta experience…. Couldn’t recommend this class more highly. Learnt an absolute heap about making, cooking and the Italian history of different types of pasta…. And insight into the makeup of some. Sooooooo good thanks Maria 🙏

Monica opened her home to us and taught us a lot about pasta. Her passion for Italian cuisine is so inspiring. Lots of anecdotes, tips and tricks. Can definitely be recommended.

It was just sensational and incredibly fun! We laughed a lot, made great pasta and ate at a great view of the sea at San Remo. It doesn't get any better!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience cooking with Monica! Our family of four attended a class, including our 5 and 7 year old kids. Monica was so engaging with all four of us - she involved all of us with each step, she was patient and enthusiastic, and we learned a lot. The view from her apartment makes for the perfect backdrop. We left full and happy! An overall excellent experience.

Monica is an exceptional person who completely immerses you in the Italian atmosphere that everyone dreams of. Three hours we enjoyed his humor and his pedagogy to teach us all the rudiments necessary to make pasta but also sauces that we tasted with a superb view of the sea.

It was amazing! Monica explains everything well and we made and ate delicious pastas! Our 8-year-old son also loved it and now wants to make pasta himself instead of buying it in the store. Highly recommended!
