The experience begins at Quinta de Recião, in Lamego, with a reception at the vineyard and a brief introduction to the history and wine tradition of the region. After the materials are delivered, we delve into a dynamic workshop on winter pruning and ingestion, revealing how these practices influence the quality and longevity of the vineyard. Then comes the most anticipated moment: the practice on the ground. With specialized guidance, each participant experiences pruning and carries out his own graft, living in the first person the work of the vineyard. We also explore the conduct of the vine throughout the year, essential to ensuring grapes of excellence.
