This 3.5 hour extreme buggy tour will allow you to explore the beautiful highlands South Iceland. You will be driving on narrow paths, over streams and rivers. If discovering the beautiful scenery of South Iceland in a powerful open air buggy car sounds good to you, then this is the tour for you. Your tour will start in the town of Hella where you will meet up with your guide at Buggy X-treme base camp. There you will get all geared up and safety instructions will be given. You will get helmets, balaclavas, gloves and high-quality overalls to make you feel comfortable on the way, no matter the weather. You will then start your adventure and head in to the amazing nature of South Iceland.

5.00Easily one of the best and most memorable travel experiences we have ever had. We did the 7 hour tour in Landmannalaugar and were initially worried about the tour being too long a day but that is not at all the case. You won’t want the day to end! The sites are incredible- it feels like you are the only people for miles (and you probably are). There were well times stops with great views. We stopped for soup late in the morning (that was delicious) before driving on to see sites that felt like we were on another planet. We eventually took a break at the Landmannalaugar campsite where we swam in the hot spring at the base of the mountain. It was so fun and surprisingly warm. After more driving we ended the day with the most stunning views and a campfire cooked meal in a cave before making the drive back. Through it all our tour guides were kind and easygoing and obviously passionate about what they do. One of the most memorable days of our life. Recommend to anyone visiting Iceland!
