Land’s End marks the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula, where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez in a landscape shaped by granite cliffs, wind, and ocean currents. As you paddle at water level, iconic landmarks such as Neptune’s Finger, Lovers Beach, and the Arch reveal themselves from a unique perspective only accessible from the sea.
The granite formations surrounding Land’s End help create habitats for marine life, making areas like Pelican Rock one of Cabo’s most popular snorkeling locations. Rocky reefs and underwater formations provide shelter for colorful fish and other species commonly found in the Sea of Cortez.
What makes this private experience special is the journey itself. Launching directly from the beach creates a quieter, more natural connection with the coastline, while the private format allows your guide to adjust the pace, snorkeling time, photo stops, and route according to your group and ocean conditions.

Wind and ocean conditions may occasionally prevent access to the Arch area. If this happens, the experience continues around Land’s End with scenic paddling, coastline exploration, and additional snorkeling time. Partial refunds are not provided for ocean-condition route adjustments
This experience requires favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or operational restrictions, guests will be offered an alternative date or full refund
No locker facilities are available, but belongings may usually remain inside the transportation vehicle during the activity
Not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnancy, or serious heart conditions
Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed
Medical refund requests require an official same-day doctor’s certificate and prior notification before activity start time

Cannery Beaches
Meet your private guide at Playa Empacadora for equipment setup, safety orientation, and a short paddling introduction before launching directly from the beach. This historic shoreline sits near the old tuna cannery area and offers one of the closest ocean access points to Land’s End and the Arch of Cabo San Lucas.

5.00Hugo and Emilio were our guid and both were fun, informative and we felt safe. The snorkeling at pelican rock was amazing on our trip. They were easy to communicate with what’s app because we were concerned we would be late from out tender. Highly recommend them.

5.00So fun!! There didn’t end up being anyone else in our group, so it was just 4 of us friends in a private group. Our guide was Luis and he was awesome!! He brought a GoPro to take photos, waters and granola bars. We kayaked out to the arch and made a stop at Lovers and Divorce beach on the way back, then snorkeling at Pelican Rock. The water was a bit rough but he helped us when needed and we felt totally safe with him. We were very glad we’d switched from afternoon to morning, since the wind/waves pick up and more boats come in as the day goes on. I would definitely book this one again next time and would hope to get Luis again!

5.00Pedro and Javi were outstanding. Fun and genuine. As a bashful outsider not wanting to leave the resort, they made our trip feel very safe and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone asking for a fun vacation adventure.

5.00Marco was truly the best! It was just me and my husband. Definitely go early in the morning as the sea is calmer and no one was at the arch. Marco knew that and said we were about 20 minutes before all the tour boats came. Later he got our Kayaks to Lovers beach, he would time the swell of the water to get us there safely. We walked the beautiful barren beach with the Pelicans and crashing waves alone. It was breathtaking. Thank you so much!
