We stay into Dijon, there is no visit into the wineyards.

Discover more about the world of Burgandian cheese and wine with into the center of Dijon (10 min walking from the center and from the train station). First, meet in a cellar in the center of the town, into a coworking space. Come and taste four local cheeses and try different pairings with four local wines. Learn why some cheeses pair well with wines and how taste wine. Join a local specialist and learn more about the traditions and history of wine in the region, and how wine is made.

5.00My friends and I did this wonderful wine and cheese tasting with Emeline. It was fantastic! We really enjoyed it and Emeline’s excellent descriptions of the wine and cheese pairing was very enjoyable. What a wonderful experience for my friends and I. If I am ever in Dijon again, I will certainly contact Emeline again.

5.00I booked this wine & cheese tasting for myself & 5 of my friends. We booked directly with Emeline and it was the BEST wine & cheese tasting that any of us had ever experienced. Emeline is so knowledgeable of the Burgundy region and the various Appellations wines. It was so pleasant to sit down at an elegantly set table in her wine cave to enjoy the tastings. The table was elegantly set with cute French placemats. & napkins. We tasted 4 very different wines paired with 4 different cheeses. Emeline showed her the various wine regions wihin Burgundy and explained how the terroir of each affected the grape vines. We had french bread to eat w/ our cheese & water to cleanse our palate between wines. At the very end, Emeline served us a 5th wine which was a Grand Cru. I had never had a Grand Cru so this was very special. I would highly recommend Emline and her company Vino Dilectio. It was the highlight of our stay in Dijon.

Emaline was knowledgeable and engaging, and her explanations genuinely deepened our understanding of Burgundy's geography, terroir, and culture. 5.00Very nice experience even on a rainy day. The wine and cheese were wonderful but what really make this a wonderful experience was Emeline. She is just a very enjoyable person and of course her expertise was great, providing information on the wine regions, the wine, and the pairings with the cheeses. Great time!
