We chose the Ottawa walking tour with Gems and Surprises, and we're so glad we did! The booking experience was smooth and pleasant, with excellent communication from the tour operator. We were fortunate to have Claudette as our guide, who truly brought history to life. She continuously checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable with the pace and having fun. Most of us had been to Ottawa before, but Claudette provided wonderful new insights that made the city feel fresh and exciting. Her storytelling and knowledge made the tour unforgettable.
