Hop off to explore either the Artist Village or the Big Buddha Temple for about 20 minutes. Continue on to the Chao Phraya River, where you’ll see the fascinating contrast between the old and modern sides of Bangkok. Ps. During high water and peak season (Nov–Feb), canal locks can be congested, causing 45–90 min delays. To ensure a smooth 2-hour cruise exploring local life, we may adjust the route and drop you off near the main street to avoid heat, pollution, and crowds.

3.00Think I paid way too much for the trip. I had expected an electric boat but was told I had to book directly with Hidden Bangkok Tours for that and not Viator. The Artists House is just one more Asian tourist market. We had NO commentary, no English speaking guide. The canal itself is a wonderful journey but do not book a private canal trip with Viator.

5.00What a beautiful experience! Fern our tourguide was so sweet and accommodating, and informative - we learned so much about Bangkok and the Thonburi neighborhood, and got to see a rustic charming side of Bangkok we would never have seen otherwise. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00An incredible experience cruising the canals, just the 2 of us in an electric boat, peaceful until overtaken by a longtail!!! Amazing sightseeing and photo opportunity. We would thoroughly recommend this company as they offer small group or individual trips. Took some wonderful photos to remind us of our favourite city.
