Columbus Market was opened on Christmas Eve 1916. It is declared a national monument. It is a clear example of early 20th century modernist architecture and the project was influenced by the Catalan modernist currents of Doménech i Montaner, Puig and Cadafalch. It occupies an area of 4,337 m2, on a plot of land on which a former gas works was formerly located.

The centre of Valencia is pedestrianised so you can only drive the busy roads around the outskirts. We took the ride because we wanted to orientate ourselves but you’re better off walking with a map

Excellent experience for our group of two adults and a 4 year old kid. We had chance to see all the main sites for one hour which would not have been possible by walking with small kid. Nacho is friendly guide and an excellent driver, thank you!

Our guide was Nacho...cool guy, laid back. Never felt rushed.. showed us all the sights of Valencia, and the history of the city. Really cool being driven around in a tuk tuk. We got the full 2 hours..old town. Beach, monuments . Well worth every penny. Nacho is the guy to see this city with

Nacho is a great guy, very passionate about his Hometown. The tour was a real fun experience for us all. Highly recommended! We were late due to the transfer from the cruise ship, he was waiting for us and ensured that we see the most important stops. Great service, fun ride.
