  My experience at the Sorrento Cooking Academy was one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. If you are looking for an authentic Italian cooking class, a hands-on culinary experience, or the best cooking school in Sorrento, I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly and professional team who made everyone feel comfortable and excited to start cooking. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and genuinely Italian, creating the perfect environment for learning traditional recipes while having fun. Chef Angelo was exceptional. His passion for Italian cuisine, extensive knowledge, and engaging teaching style made the class both educational and entertaining. He patiently guided us through every step of the process, sharing authentic techniques, local traditions, and professional tips that we could easily recreate at home. The Pasta and Meatballs class was incredibly hands-on. We learned how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch using traditional methods and how to make authentic Italian meatballs with high-quality local ingredients.
