  If you're visiting Lisbon and want to experience the city in the most authentic, engaging, and joyful way—book a TUK AWAY tour with Miguel. He was absolutely phenomenal. We started off with coffee & a Pastel de Nata at Fabrica de Nata on Avenida da Lubetdade. Miguel picked us up outside Hard Rock Café. From the moment we met him, Miguel’s energy was infectious. His tuk-tuk was spotless and comfortable, but it was Miguel himself who made the ride unforgettable. He’s not just a guide - he’s a storyteller, a historian, and a true ambassador of Lisbon. Every corner we turned came with a tale, a laugh, or a hidden gem we’d never have found on our own. Miguel tailored the tour to our interests, showing us breathtaking viewpoints & charming neighborhoods. His passion for the city is palpable, and his warmth made us feel like we were exploring with a friend. This wasn’t just a tour—it was a highlight of our trip.   We went on a tour with Tuk Away today. It was a last minute decision and I’m so glad we chose to go with them. Our guide was João. Such a passionate storyteller, a great tour guide and such a friendly and fun personality. Even our two teenage girls who get bored of everything enjoyed every minute. This is a tour you should take on your first day in Lisbon to understand the city better. João took the time to tell us the story of everything we saw. Even some trees had a story. At the end of our tour João recommended a restaurant called Santa Rita. A restaurant off the beaten track but still in the middle of downtown Lisbon, that is not a tourist trap and probably has the best authentic Portuguese food. We loved it! It was the perfect closing to an amazing day.

  We love it! We are Lisboetas and it was an excellent way to get to know places where we have not been, places we did not know, we took 2 children who came back enchanted, both with the walk and with the sympathy and availability of João, our guide and conductor of this enriching experience.

  Joao, our very friendly driver, brought us to the most beautiful viewpoints of Lisbon while giving us along the way many explanations about the monuments and history of the city. At every point of interest we have or take the time to get off the tuk-tuk to enjoy the view and take pictures. In addition, one of our group members was in a wheelchair with the possibility to walk a few steps with crutches and Joao was able to adapt very well to the situation (stowing the chair in the tuk tuk, help to get on board and move, he approached us as close as possible to the sites to avoid walking as much as possible). We absolutely recommend!!!

  We made the TukTuk tour of ancient Lisbon with a visit to the main viewpoints and it was extraordinary. The driver, Valdemar, was friendly and attentive. In addition to explaining all the details of the sights visited, he also had all the attention with the little one of two years that accompanied us. No doubt, a tour that we indicate for everyone.
