Discover stunning views of London with Up at The O2. Experience the thrill of climbing the world famous roof of The O2 and take in panoramic views over London’s most iconic skyline at the summit, 52 metres above ground level. The whole experience is approximately 90 minutes. Upon arrival, you will be given briefing instructions and safety equipment to kit up in. The expert guides will take the lead and share some interesting facts about the venue’s unique architecture as well as its famous visitors. Once you reach the viewing platform, enjoy the breath-taking 360-degree views of London like you’ve never seen before.
Climb the roof during the day. When it’s clear, you can see landmarks up to 15 miles away, from historic Greenwich and the Olympic Park to Canary Wharf.

At The O2 the action doesn’t just happen on stage, it also happens on the roof. Up at The O2 is a 90-minute experience you won’t forget. Pull on your boots. Hook up your harness. Then make your way up the south face of one of the most striking buildings in London’s skyline. Leading the way will be one of our friendly climb guides. They know all sorts of interesting facts about The O2, from its unique architecture to its famous visitors. So feel free to ask questions as you climb. At the summit, you’ll be standing 52 metres above the legendary arena, with 360-degree views across this historic part of London beside the River Thames. From 22 November 2024 to 5 January 2025 all climbers will step into the UK's highest snow globe when they reach the summit.

5.00Climbing the O2 was an absolute blast. The 90 minutes flew by, and the views over London and Greenwich were incredible. Our group was small (about 10 people), so it felt very safe and spacious. Our guide, Beau, was fantastic—super friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. The whole staff made everything seamless. If you're looking for a fun, exciting, and unique family activity in London, Highly recommend!

5.00On the 21st June 2026 we climbed up at the O2 and we had the pleasure of having the amazing Beau be our instructor/guide. Not only was he patient and kind but also made the whole experience worthwhile and one to remember with his interesting facts about London whilst showing us the incredible views.

5.00Had a great time on the climb with my son. We pre-booked but I did see some people turn up and pay with no hassle. By the way, you can also pay for a drink up the top, whilst at reception! Next the safety brief and kit check, which was straight forward and very relaxed from Tom. Then it was onto the climb itself but first a quick stop for a professional photo or two before you set off and half a dozen steps up the slope. Then before you know it, you're at the top and taking in the views. Gotta say, everyone was respectful of each other and not getting in the way of others picture taking. The group being not too large also helps. After about 15 mins, it's off on the descent and then in to check on some pictures that the company took. This being in the obligatory gift shop! We bought two, which you can also download later and that was it. Was it worth it, yes it was and I think we may do a dusk one in the near future!
