5.00I’ve been to Van Gogh exhibits before but this one is different. It’s not just about his art but his life. I opted for the audio tour and found it to be very informative. I’d recommend booking tickets at least a week ahead. It was super crowded but the museum is spacious with lots of sitting room and also several cafes. There are also free lockers available to store bulky bags, etc.
Good and nice, but overpriced.

5.00Had a morning entry slot and almost skipped breakfast to make it on time. Glad I did. The museum was calm, the galleries were easy to enjoy, and seeing Van Gogh's originals in person felt special.

Over Promised, Never Delivered

1.00Purchased from Amsterdam Museum Tickets via Tripadvisor. The vendor never provided the ticket. They did email to advise that the date I was booked for was no longer available and offered a alternate date. I accepted the alternate date but never received a ticket and no response to my multiple inquiries. Now I am waiting for a refund.

1.00Unfortunately, the vendor I booked through on TripAdvisor never provided the ticket for entry that I paid for. I called them the day before myreservation to request a copy of my ticket and was advised it would be sent later that day. It was never sent and the morning ofmy reservation at the van Gogh Museum, I received a note from the provider saying that they were unable to provide me a ticket for the 13thand would I like a ticket for the 14th instead. I said yes I would and asked when I could expect the ticket. I never heard from them again, nor did I ever receive the ticket. So now I will be requesting a full refund. This was incredibly disappointing as I am unable to visit the museum in the time I have remaining as there is no open reservation reservations.
