Fresh Bourbon is the offering the newest, most unique Bourbon Tasting currently in Kentucky. We guide our guests through a full sensory tasting with food & aroma pairing, to help them explore and understand the complexities of Bourbon. You'll get hands on training from a professional local mixologists and build your own custom Old-Fashioned. Plus, historical tips, tricks and stories from the Bourbon world and an opportunity to explore more flavors through our seasonal craft cocktail menu. All of which are included in a dynamic tasting experience, in fact, the first Bourbon Tasting Experience in downtown Lexington, Kentucky!

What To Expect
Guests are guided through an entirely unique bourbon tasting experience. Starting with a sensory panel of both food & aroma pairings to explore their own taste. Followed up by a Mixology class, where each guests get hands-on to craft a cocktail from scratch. Lastly, each guests will have an opportunity to choose a cocktail from our seasonal cocktail menu to see how the pros are preparing this Gold Award Winning Bourbon.

5.00This entire experience was amazing. Truly 1000/10. From the amazing scent of the distillery upon entry to the warm and friendly greeting of the hosts, I knew we would be in for a great night and I was not disappointed. We learned a lot about the process of making bourbon, the types, the notes, the tastes. And the mixology component was the icing on the cake. Do not miss out on this opportunity!

5.00This is different than the tastings you do at the big distilleries, where the bourbon is served “neat.” Here the goal is to help you determine how different food pairings and flavorings affect YOUR enjoyment of bourbon (it’s different for everyone based on your taste buds). Plus you get to create your own mixed drink! The setting is upscale and welcoming, as was Bryson, our tasting guide. We loved it; and one of us (me) is not a bourbon drinker. Highly recommend.

5.00Our first Bourbon tasting was wonderful! Mimi is very knowledgeable and professional. She let us ask lots of novice questions. Nate added to our excellent experience. The decor is lovely, well thought out, and definitely elevates the experience. I highly recommend a stop here.
