This entire experience was amazing. Truly 1000/10. From the amazing scent of the distillery upon entry to the warm and friendly greeting of the hosts, I knew we would be in for a great night and I was not disappointed. We learned a lot about the process of making bourbon, the types, the notes, the tastes. And the mixology component was the icing on the cake. Do not miss out on this opportunity!

This is different than the tastings you do at the big distilleries, where the bourbon is served “neat.” Here the goal is to help you determine how different food pairings and flavorings affect YOUR enjoyment of bourbon (it’s different for everyone based on your taste buds). Plus you get to create your own mixed drink! The setting is upscale and welcoming, as was Bryson, our tasting guide. We loved it; and one of us (me) is not a bourbon drinker. Highly recommend.

Great time! Will was great and explained the entire process and it was fun making our own drink. Both Mimi and Will are so personable. Loved the exquisite decor, very upscale! Would highly recommend!

Did not expect 4 tastes per stop. to many stops in a day. 2 stops should be max. Otherwise taste from one to another start to blend together

Our first Bourbon tasting was wonderful! Mimi is very knowledgeable and professional. She let us ask lots of novice questions. Nate added to our excellent experience. The decor is lovely, well thought out, and definitely elevates the experience. I highly recommend a stop here.
