With our 24, 48 and 72-hour tickets, we even offer a free river cruise to explore London by water as well as other exciting inclusions (excluded in the 1-Day Today Ticket).

Red Route - First departure from Stop 1 at 8.45am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 6:30pm. Frequency is every 20 minutes until 3:30pm, then every 30 minutes until 6:30pm. Full loop duration: 150 minutes

Customers can start their tour at any of the stops along the routes. Stop 1 on the Red Route and Green Shuttle Service is Belvedere Road
Stop 11 Buckingham Palace is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am - 12pm due to the Changing of the Guards
Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be accepted at any of the stops along the routes. Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 mins approx. First departure (both piers): 10am. Last departure (from Tower pier): 6:55pm. Last departure (from Westminster): 7:20pm. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus
48 and 72-hour tickets include a same day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 minutes approx. First departure to Greenwich (from both piers): 10am. Last departure to Greenwich from Westminster Pier: 4pm. Last departures from Greenwich to Westminster Pier: 5:50pm. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus

Please note, Stop 1 Belvedere Road (Red and Green Lines) is out of use until further notice due to construction works. The nearest pick-up point for Stop 1 Belvedere Road is York Road - public stop outside the M&S store

5.00Our travel agent booked us with Big Bus Hop On/Hop Off Bus Tour, and later we were able to switch it to City Sightseeing London. Plus, we were able to add extras in the form of a second day and also a river cruise. It was so much fun! What a wonderful way to learn about a new country and city without having to pound the pavement in the summer heat! You could do it with or without the narration through the provided headphones. Either way, it was extremely scenic with beautiful, historic buildings and other landmarks around every corner. It also gave us a "free" way to get back to our hotel, which was just blocks from a drop off/pickup spot for the buses. And the river cruise, which we did the second day, was simply magical! Definitely would do this again and, whatever you do, do NOT leave out the river cruise! In fact, next time, I might extend it as it had another leg you could add on. Cheers!

1.00Absolutely terrible experience! The booked service was not provided, so we were forced to buy new tickets from another provider on-site. We were traveling as a group with several older individuals and had booked the tickets in advance. On the day in question, there was obviously a problem with the organizer: At a stop on the blue route, not a single bus came for more than 45 minutes – even though it was stated that one should come every 20 minutes. Meanwhile, buses from other providers passed regularly every 15 to 20 minutes. Due to our travel group (including older individuals), it was not possible for us to walk to the red route (about a 25-minute walk). Other guests with the same problem did that, but it was not an option for us. In the end, we had to book with another provider at our own expense to be able to carry out our planned tour. I submitted photos, and since the buses are usually equipped with tracking systems, the incident would have been easy to trace. However, no solution was offered: TripAdvisor/Viator denies any refund (even partial), and the operator points out that the booking was made through a third party and therefore they are not responsible. My clear advice: Go directly to a stop and purchase your ticket on-site. This is not only more straightforward but often also cheaper.

2.00I was disappointed with the tour. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t terribly informative or helpful. They also didn’t completely stop at each location so we missed one of our planned stops and the driver had to pull over to let us out at a random spot. Another time we asked the timeline to arrive at a specific location they told us they don’t know (not sure how you don’t know the average timeline between points since they are on a schedule). Then they told us they would work it out to get us there, then when we missed the time and our prepaid tour he said, “well you’re late already so it doesn’t really matter now.” We asked before we boarded because we would have taken public transport if we knew he couldn’t get us there. It was quite frustrating and definitely not worth the money.

1.00Total waste of money. The bus schedule was very confusing and difficult to understand. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone tour London. Avoid at all cost.
Didn’t stop at Paddington. Maps don’t reflect route, wasted £110. Choose another operator.

1.00Maps did not reflect route. Waited at Paddington for an hour in 30 degree heat. Called customer service 3 times until they told me the bus was not coming to Paddington. Wasted 110£ and over an hour of my weekend trip to London. Customer service refused to refund on the basis that I could have just gotten on the bus elsewhere… but we booked it specifically from our hotel location. Didn’t use the service and paid 110£. Not a great deal!
