The Heineken Experience is a brand experience located in Heineken®’s oldest brewery in the heart of Amsterdam. The brewery closed in 1988, and today, this historic building offers a unique venue where guests can learn all about Heineken®.

With a Heineken® Tour + rooftop ticket, you start with the 1.5-hour Heineken® tour incl. 1 drink. Afterwards, you can access the rooftop bar and terrace, which hosts Heineken's creative innovation hub, Heineken Studio, where you can explore the future of brewing innovation. Above all, you can relax with your included drink while taking in one of Amsterdam’s most breathtaking views from the exclusive roof terrace (2 drinks incl. with this option)

What To Expect
Heineken Experience
The Heineken Experience is housed in the first built Heineken brewery in the city centre of Amsterdam. In 1988 the brewery closed due to inability to cover high demand and since 1991 it has been welcoming visitors from all over the world. Now, it is a guided journey through the world of Heineken®. You can discover the history of the HEINEKEN Company, the 4 natural ingredients of our beer, the brewing process, a tasting room, the Heineken® brand and the partnerships with UEFA Champions League and James Bond. And of course at the end of the tour you can enjoy 2 Heinekens or learn how draught the perfect Heineken®. The Heineken Experience is a guided tour in English. It is also possible to download the Heineken Experience app in 9 different languages. There are also tablets for rent that feature the app.

5.00Fun experience. Went with 19 yo daughter who wanted to taste beer! Very informational but there was some issue with booking time of 5:30. The venue said that 5:15 was last entry. They did let us in happily and got us up to speed with 5:15 group in a 1-1 private session. Fun experience if you want to see how it’s exactly made & history.

5.00I loved everything, it was super worth it! The focus is not so much on learning about beer production, although it is also addressed, but a true presentation of technology, hi tech, a lot of interactiveness in several different rooms with the use of special and visual effects. Possibilities of various free interactions with games, fliperamas and fun photos, it is possible to make a customization of the beer bottle. Next we did an experience of the Heineken boat ride with flagship, in an open boat that was highly pleasant. Wonderful housewife! The experience gives right to a small beer, then a bigger one on the physical structure walk. It is offered another drink of your choice on the boat (there were options of beer, wine, juice and water). Suitable for young to adult!

5.00The Heineken Experience was a fantastic attraction and definitely worth visiting while in Amsterdam. The interactive exhibits were engaging, the history of the brand was presented in an interesting way, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the tour. I especially enjoyed the immersive activities and the opportunity to learn about the brewing process. The included drinks at the end were a great bonus and helped create a fun atmosphere. Overall, it was a well-organized, entertaining, and memorable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

5.00I’ve been to many brewery tours but this one was by far the most interesting. They have the stories and the beginning ofcourse but then it is modern with immersive rooms and great visual storytelling. The rooftop is fine, not sure it’s very worth it but it comes with an extra drink!
