  Great staff/guides passionate about their jobs, good to hide away from a hot day.disappointed roof top was closed, due to heat, I really wanted the view of Amsterdam

  Fun experience. Went with 19 yo daughter who wanted to taste beer! Very informational but there was some issue with booking time of 5:30. The venue said that 5:15 was last entry. They did let us in happily and got us up to speed with 5:15 group in a 1-1 private session. Fun experience if you want to see how it’s exactly made & history.

  I loved everything, it was super worth it! The focus is not so much on learning about beer production, although it is also addressed, but a true presentation of technology, hi tech, a lot of interactiveness in several different rooms with the use of special and visual effects. Possibilities of various free interactions with games, fliperamas and fun photos, it is possible to make a customization of the beer bottle. Next we did an experience of the Heineken boat ride with flagship, in an open boat that was highly pleasant. Wonderful housewife! The experience gives right to a small beer, then a bigger one on the physical structure walk. It is offered another drink of your choice on the boat (there were options of beer, wine, juice and water). Suitable for young to adult!

  We had so much fun doing the tour and visit. Well worth your time! So many interesting facts about the history of Heineken and the city - and of course the beer was wonderful!

  The Heineken Experience was a fantastic attraction and definitely worth visiting while in Amsterdam. The interactive exhibits were engaging, the history of the brand was presented in an interesting way, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the tour. I especially enjoyed the immersive activities and the opportunity to learn about the brewing process. The included drinks at the end were a great bonus and helped create a fun atmosphere. Overall, it was a well-organized, entertaining, and memorable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

  I’ve been to many brewery tours but this one was by far the most interesting. They have the stories and the beginning ofcourse but then it is modern with immersive rooms and great visual storytelling. The rooftop is fine, not sure it’s very worth it but it comes with an extra drink!
