We took an Amtrak train to NY that took 5 hrs due to electrical problems. Our reservation to 911 museum was for 2pm. We didn't get there until 4pm. So we were short changed for time. We had to change our return trip on Amtrak from 5pm to 7pm. ALL in all the Museum was put together well. Very informative and still hard to believe it happened. I wasn't work 25 years ago! So sad. M. It’s not for the faint hearted. You need at least 90min to complete the tour. It’s well curated and informative.

This museum is a must see. I took the family to make sure my older children understood the events of that day and who it was that attacked us. Never forget.

I thought I knew all about it. How wrong I was. So much to see - very moving at times - one can only empathise with those there that day and beyond. A fantastic museum not to be missed.

It is humbling, surreal bring back memories of that day and the ones to follow. Seeing the thoughts prayers and drawing from children all over the United States I was not ready for that. I am sorry it took me this long to pay my respects in person.

Visiting the 9/11 Museum was an emotional experience, but also a hopeful one. The stories of courage, the acts of kindness, the way strangers helped strangers — all of it reminded us that even in the darkest moments, humanity shines through. The museum honors the lives lost with such dignity and compassion. We walked out feeling moved, reflective, and incredibly grateful for the strength and unity that emerged from such a painful day.

Such an impactful experience. Tastefully done, but packs a meaningful one two to the solar plexus. America can never forget, and this tribute will help make sure of it.
