We were lucky to get Dace as our tour guide; her English (and sense of humor) are perfect - she’s entertaining and while walking at a steady pace takes lots of stops to answer questions (which she always knows the answers to!) and even passes by a clean bathroom if needed. Water bottle - take an empty one or buy one in the store and stop to refill with cold fresh water at the many water stations you’ll pass during the tour. This is a great 2.5 hour to 3 hour trip and we are thrilled we did it!

Dace is an excellent tour guide. She not only knows her history, along with many interesting tidbits about various personalities, she tells them with deadpan humor which is quite entertaining. She talked almost the entire 3 hours, and we did not see her even drink any water. It was like a walking history lecture through Vienna.
