Maria-Theresien-Platz is a large public square between Ringstrasse and the Museumsquartier. Facing each other from the sides of the square are two twin buildings, the Natural History Museum and the Art History Museum. Square is decorated by the grand statue of empress Maria Theresa.

5.00This was a great way to see the highlights of Vienna. Our Tour Guide was knowledgeable and provided us with all of the information we needed to understand the history of Vienna. It also allowed us to identify places we would want us to go back to and spend more time.
Well worth it to do a walking tour. The guide was knowledgeable with history and great with questions.

4.00Very interesting tour. The tour was both informative about the past and the present. Many suggestions for cafes and places to go…which was useful, as wen went to the Naccht Market following the tour.

5.00A fantastic walking tour! We covered so much ground and learned many hidden gems about the city. Giselle was an excellent guide; she was incredibly informative and ensured we were as comfortable as possible in the heatwave by finding many shady spots and visiting public churches and other indoor spaces. This was a great way to be introduced to Vienna.

5.00It was a delight to walk through Vienna with the very fastidious tour guide (regrettably, I forgot her name). She was organized and scholarly. I had seen the sites during a previous trip, but this was a definite improvement. It's hard to compete with the sheer beauty of Vienna, and this tour only enhanced it. Zeig, zeig!

5.00Fantastic tour. Our guide was DACA. She was super knowledgeable, great sense of humor and really seemed to enjoy being a guide. Her English was perfect. I really felt like we got a great understanding of Vienna and the history of Austria. I would recommend her without reservation.
