Emanuel was a great tour guide and extremely knowledgeable! He had so many facts and historical information to share during our tour. This was a must do for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) who has never been to NY and wanted to get an overview of the different neighborhoods and not just the tourist spots. We felt like we really saw and learned a lot in a short amount of time. It was a good balance of bus and walking time as well - and you are kept to a very strict time schedule.
