5.00We enjoyed this wonderful, private cooking experience one on one with Patrizia and her Mum Carla. We were welcomed into her home just out of Rimini where she had prepared all the freshest, local ingredients for our cooking class. The environment immediately felt special, like cooking with friends for dinner and everything was very well prepared. We made a Tiramisu dessert first so it could set in the fridge and straight away we were ‘hands on’. This wasn’t a ‘I’ll show you experience’, we were doing the cooking! Once prepared we were right into the pasta making doing the mixing and kneading. We refreshed with a glass of Prosecco and learned about the method, tips and making the fillings using fresh, local produce. Creating 2 types of pasta, ravioli and cappelletti we set about all the work making these one by one, cutting, filling and shaping. With background Italian music, smiles and laughs were all part of the fun experience. Mum Carla did all the tidy up and cleaning up – we just did all the pasta prep! Dinner was beautifully set up in the alfresco back yard with a running water fountain, gingham table cloth and appetizers Mum Carla has prepared for us; bruschetta, antipasto and vino! We cooked the ravioli together, Patrizia showed us the finishing touches with parmesan and cooking water before we devoured that. Then the cappelletti which was served with a ragout she had already prepared, delicious. We were already full before eating the Tiramisu we prepared, finishing off with a home-made Limoncello. This experience was so personalised, homely and extremely well done. We can highly recommend this, leaving with the skills and knowledge to do confidently do this at home. A four-hour experience usually money can’t buy. 10/10!

5.00Learning to cook from Patrizia was a superb experience. Everything we made was delicious yet her instructions were simple to follow. She guided me through every step (specially rolling the dough part) and gave me some pro tips. I will definitely do this again for other recipes.

5.00My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being able to do this experience just the two of us! Patrizia and her family are the sweetest, we felt welcome in her home right from the start. And she also has two adorable pets, one cat and one dog which we were also super happy to meet 😊 She explained to us how to make tiramisu and two different pastas, and everything was incredibly delicious!! We will be absolutely be making these more often at home, thanks Patrizia for a lovely evening and the delicious food!

5.00Our host Patricio and her son, Luco, loved sharing their home and recipes. She asked us to send her a cheese cake recipe. Luco was the translator but Patricio was engaging and it felt like she understood everything we were saying! Definitely recommend this experience and this host!
