1.00Poorly organised, was there in time and was told that it’s full. Missed the sunset as a result. Worst part was the customer service experience. Instead of being apologetic, they were very rude and attempted to argue about how it was my fault that I was late (was there a couple of minutes early).

1.00SHOULD HAVE BEEN ZERO STARS. Total goat rodeo of a boat ride. Was way over booked, no seats outside or near windows, few remained inside but was way too hot to sit there. Staff was extremely rude. No safety briefing was provided, side doors locked and no emergency exits marked or communicated. Boat is a tragedy waiting to happen. Buyer beware, book at your own risk.

5.00We booked the 8.40 cruise so we could see the buildings lit up. We couldn't hear the audio over the noise of the travellers so this was very disappointing. Volume should have been much higher on pa system.
