2.00There is no coverage to download the self-guide application properly. You are very cramped. Make sure that the chosen schedule matches the illuminated buildings.

3.00Evening boat trip - there were no audio guides, no explanation of the sights - the crew was very friendly and quick in service. We stood on the upper deck the whole time, as all the seats in the open upper deck area were occupied (there were still seats in the lower deck behind glass windows).

2.00Absolutely not as advertised. Description said Sightseeing tour with audio guide. Instead we got a booze cruise and the boat itself was not conducive to good pictures. I don’t think Viator and the cruise companies on the river “talk” to each other all that well. Additionally, the queue was very disorganized and people with later boarding times were intermingled amongst the current boarding time leading to confusion.
Horrible experience. Do not take this cruise.

1.00Over crowded cruise. Not enough seats. Nowhere can one have panoramic view. The only place to see well is to stand in front of lower deck (jam packed). Horrible experience. Also, long queue to get on board. Old ship.

5.00Nice tour along the Danube, with a guide in the app that is quite interesting. We went on the 7:20 PM tour, and you can see the sunset, but you cannot appreciate the city with the night lights...

4.00Cruise was good. Seeing Budapest at night was magical. The only downside was that the commentary could hsvecl been a bit louder as we struggled to hear it over people talking.
Unpleasant Experience - Rude Staff

1.00Poorly organised, was there in time and was told that it’s full. Missed the sunset as a result. Worst part was the customer service experience. Instead of being apologetic, they were very rude and attempted to argue about how it was my fault that I was late (was there a couple of minutes early).
