  From BLACKPOOL UK 🇬🇧 Where do I start. Unbelievably great customer service from the team at bridge travel. HANI, MR FARES, and JACOB. I would like to thank Hani from bridge travel for arranging my trip from start to finish and absolutely everything going to plan as expected. We started off with meet and assist from Mr fares which we was through Amman airport security instantly! Around 2 minutes no messing with visas as bridge travel arranged before hand as we went our passport details off. Trip no.1 Petra and wadi rum. To start off what a great driver we had Mr Jacob who was a great guy. He was flexible with his meet times to meet us at our apartment. If we wanted to stop he would for us at any point, he even gave us some facts about wadi run and Petra on our drive from Amman. He played some great Jordanian music and also let us connect to blue tooth so we could play some UK music ! WiFi and air conditioning in car also was available included. Jacob and Hani from bridge was available via WhatsApp at any point to help. What a place wadi rum and Petra was! We also visit aljourn castle and jerash driven from Amman by the great Jacob again. Trip no.3 was Dead Sea mount nebo and madaba. Which was great. The planning by bridge travel was great as we had plenty of time in each location as described. Over all I would 100% recommend anybody to visit Jordan and book with Bridge. These guys really made our trip. I have traveled to some great places but Jordan has been no.1 and I really hope tourism will be great in Jordan again because the place deserves it. From modern to historic it has it all. Price for the trips are also very reasonable considering we are driven everywhere , lunches included in some trips water included in car every day Thank again guys for making our experience special.   Wow. What an incredible trip we have had in Jordan thanks to Bridge Travel. Their programme let us visit from North to South across the country. They are incredibly efficient in their planning and even work with third party operators to ensure a smooth process. We booked a separate Airbnb in Wadi Rum, to which Bridge Travel worked with to ensure our itiniery was free flowing and efficient. Our organiser Hani was excellent, organising a great itinerary and price. We have been wanting to visit Jordan for 3 years and have had 2 trip cancellations, but Hani and Bridge Travel have been patient and communicative with us throughout. We had our own private driver, Jacob, who was the best. He provided thorough history on each of the locations through Jordan and was really fun. Our trips to Petra, Wadi Rum and Dead Sea were some of the best experiences of our lives. Bridge Travel provided lunches, entry, Jeep tours, a Dead Sea hotel, and tour guides, as well as local knowledge which was valuable. • An Amazing Guided Experience in Petra and Wadi Rum

  Very good trip.It was a real pleasure to have Mahmoud as our guide. The driver was very friendly as well. The guide not only explained Petra to us but also provided insights about the rest of the country, recommending certain places to visit. These were great tips, as they turned out to be very interesting. His way of explaining things was very didactic, sometimes repeating important parts which was helpful since there was a lot of information, making it difficult to remember everything. Having a guide in Petra and throughout the trip made us feel more secure, especially because of some vendors (who weren’t too aggressive, but it still felt better to have a guide). The way he organized the tour in Petra was excellent. Starting early was a great idea, as there weren’t too many people. There was great flexibility in shaping the trip the way we wanted, with the options we chose, such as a quad ride, which was fun, and a camel tour in the morning a great experience. The accommodation in Wadi Rum was good. Overall, it was an excellent trip, and we were very happy to have booked with this operator.

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Superb plan for those on a rushed schedule

  The operator got in touch with me even before I reached Jordan, to ensure that the trip went off smoothly. They also adjusted the programme to include a train ride in Wadi Rum which was not initially in the itinerary. The driver, Yakub, was fantastic and I was really impressed by the way he drove through a dense mist while going from Petra to Wadi Rum. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone going on this tour. I had enough time to walk along the main trail of Petra, which took me 3 hours in total, walking both ways. You can also use the electric car rental one way of you are pressed for time. The accommodation in Wadi Rum was quite good and the je e pv trip the next morning was superb. This was the party that was rescheduled since we took a Heritage train trip in the evening of the first day. We didn't about 3 hours at the Dead Sea enjoying all the activities there, and got back to Amman by 5:30PM on day 2. All in all this was a great experience that I would recommend while heartedly.

  Firstly an absolutely amazing trip with breath taking views in Petra & Wadi Rum! Secondly we had the best tour guide Called Yaqub! Very very amazing at explaining everything to us. He was very kind, caring and listened and helped us in every way possible. We have been on many tours over the years but haven’t had someone fantastic as Yaqub. If you book this then please book with Bridge Travel Aqaba and Yaqub as you will not regret it!!!!

  Our driver/guide, Kamel A. Is definitely an asset to Bridge Travel. We were actually with Kamel for 3 days (2 days in Jordan before we crossed the border to Israel and a third full day after returning to Jordan from Israel). First and foremost, he introduced us to Jordanian music which we learned to love (we had to ask him every time to log on to the Youtube channel in the van.) He also kept us on track with our full day-schedules. On our last full day, we had to catch a 2 am flight the following day and we told him that we are considering booking a hotel stay near the airport so we can freshen up, take a shower and change clothes after a full day of sightseeing. He then made a call to one of his contacts- someone who owns a small hotel in the city- and got us a room for four hours at a bargain price. He went out of his way to make sure we got some rest before we embark on this long flight back to the U.S. He also guided us in the confusing process of crossing the land border to Israel which included a quick trip to a local money changer so we can exchange US dollars to the exact Jordanian dinar amount we need for the border crossing fees. He was also quick in responding to our questions and requests sent to him via WhatsApp. He went out of his way every time and we’re grateful for his company.

  Tariq was a great driver and gave us plenty of flexibility to spend our time at Petra. We enjoyed our time with him. He shared Jordanian music with us and provided interesting facts during our drive.

  From the moment he picked us up at the airport until he dropped us off at the border crossing 3 days later Jacob was a fantastic guide. The tour of Amman, My Nebo on our arrival date was fantastic. The drive the next day down to Wadi rum for an overnight in the cab was great. The tour of Petra was one that shouldn't be missed and the night at the Dead Sea with sunset over the water was priceless. Jacob made all this happen flawlessly was completely on time and also gave us flexibility when we wanted it. He adjusted pick up times and drop off times to fit our agenda so that it coincided with the tour. He is a great driver and we felt very safe. If you take this tour definitely ask for Jacob! There

  Jacob was the best driver/guide! Friendly, safe, comfortable, great driver, gave excellent suggestions, asked our preferences, timely, easy to get ahold of using "WhatsApp," and wanted what was best for us. He was responsive, was careful to translate. I traveled with my son, without my husband along, and was a little nervous traveling so far away from the US for a 1st big trip. We were in EXCELLENT care. We saw: Madaba, Mt. Nebo, overnight in Wadi Rum, 1 day in Petra then back to the airport. We were already in Israel and made the quick flight to Jordan - so glad we did! Wadi Rum was my favorite, and Petra was my son's favorite. So worth the trip to Jordan. Staying at Mazayen Camp at Wadi Rum was amazing! Included were two great meals in a resturant that once inside you wouldnt believe it was a tent, a "jeep" (a Toyota with seats in the bed of the truck) ride at sunset, plus 1 night in a tent. We upgraded and stayed in the bubble/"martian" tent and it was as nice or nicer than any hotel we stayed at on this full trip! Options for extra money was a camel ride at sunrise with a stop for tea, star gazing, hot air balloon, and sand boarding. Not enough time for us to do all, wish we had stayed 2 nights in Wadi Rum! At Petra we ended up not having our own tour guide, but instead joined with a small group - a family of 4. Due to the change, the guide stayed with us longer, to help make up difference. In the end, it was great to have more time with him.

  We had a wonderful time visiting Mt. Nebo and Petra. Mohammad Samarah from Bridge Travel was the best! He made sure we were on time so we got the most out of our tours. On the lengthy rides to and from Petra he put up with all my questions about Jordan and his career in the UN as a peacekeeper. He was very professional and he seems to know everybody and everybody knew him on the way. Trust him when he says “we’ll need buffer time” because thanks to his suggestion we had to take a detour around a sandstorm on our way back and made our flight on schedule. We had a blast! Thanks Mohammad and Bridge Travel! I’ll have to go back to see all the other sights Jordan has to offer.
