There are 3 kinds of tickets for Tianmen Mountain: A, B and C. If you book this tour with us at least 5 days in advance, we will book the route A or B for you, while, in holidays, tickets always sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee. Route C will sometimes be reserved to ensure your entry.
You will start this tour in the afternoon if you want to enjoy the night light show on the top of Tianmen Mountain, and only Ticket A & C tickets are available.

Our tour guide and driver will meet you in the hotel lobby, pay a visit to Tianmen Mountain. Regarded as the soul of Zhangjiajie, Tianmen Mountain is the highest mountain in Zhangjiajie. The views include graceful ancient trees, karst hillocks and long roads that are carved from the sides of the cliff. The cablecar takes approximately 30 minutes from the city center to the mountain top and is the longest one in the world. The most popular attractions on the top of mountain are Heaven Gate, Glass Skywalk, 99 Bend Road and so on. Note: You will start this tour in the afternoon if you want to enjoy the night light show on the top of Tianmen Mountain, and only Ticket A & C tickets are available.

5.00Had the best experience possible! Our tour guide was Wendy and we did the Tianmen Mountains with her. She is very nice and knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed to anything. Highly recommend the tour, especially because it felt nice to just sit back and have someone lead and speak in our behalf.

5.00Wendy was very pretty. He helped us with everything from clothing to food. He even helped us find a pharmacy. Zhanghiajie is spectacular and each landscape is different. On top of that it captures great photos. You can't compare landscapes. He speaks English very well so every detail was explained and gave us options how to continue if we feel tired or hungry. I highly recommend them. Wendy made the experience easier and more welcoming!

5.00Excellent experience Wendy very friendly and helpful, took us by cable car to know the wonderful mountain tianamen, very patient orientated us about what to eat and saw the spectacular light show then took us where we could dine and a wonderful tour of building 72. We recommend it.. Wendy very special gave us printed photos to stick in refrigerator as a souvenir.. thank you Wendy for all your patience

5.00Dora was amazing, she showed a lot of knowledge about the tours, gave us several tips and her English was good. She was very attentive, very punctual and recommended restaurants and shows, even helping us with the reservation. She was willing to help and solve any problem. Our driver (Zhan) was also great, always on time and the car was really comfortable.

5.00This was a wonderful tour. I had a private guide, Coco, who climbed up and down the 999 steps of the Tianmen cave with me, and gave me facts and stories about the mountain along the way. Her knowledge of Chinese history was also impressive which made the sightseeing of museums at the 72 Wondering Building much more enjoyable. I would definitely do this tour again and book a private guide.

5.00I would highly recommend booking any tour with this company! We booked 2 private tours through them, being this one for the first day and the second day to Avatar Mountains. We also had a half day on our third day before our flight, and they helped us arrange an additional tour which wasn’t shown online to really make the most of our time in Zhangjiajie. The most special part is that they assigned us the same tour guide, Wendy for all 3 days. Wendy took care of all the planning and booking all of the tickets. All we had to do was show up and we had absolutely no stress. Wendy allowed us to enjoy every day at our own pace and never made us feel rushed when we stopped for food, photos, etc. If you are coming to Zhangjiajie and want to make the most of your time in a stress free way, please book through this company!
