Nanshan Buddhism Cultural Park
Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone is a large-scale park displaying traditional Chinese Buddhist culture. The world's largest Guanyin at sea is is the famous "Treasure of the Island" in Hainan. 5.00I booked this service as a day trip for Cruise ship stop in Sanya. The communication was timely, in fluent English, and regular. We changed the itinerary so we could see a particular cultural park which I had seen online. The customer service was fantastic. However, I booked our stop for the wrong day and didn't realize it. We were preparing to leave the ship and I contacted Lily Chen from the company. She informed me the car booking was for the following day. At this point, it was too late to cancel and I asked Lily if there was anything which she could do to help me. She contacted a local driver who was able to come quickly and we had our shore leave trip as planned. Thank you for solving my mistake and allowing us to have an excursion. The driver was polite, punctual, and even gave us each a water bottle. I would absolutely use this company in the future for any travel plans. THANK YOU!!

5.00We used the service for a whole day driving around the area north of Sanya. It was easy to communicate with the driver via a translator app, and he suggested a good and very local lunch restaurant. We would recommend everyone to make their own experiences in areas you do not come with the official tour organizers. It was a good and exciting way to experience Hainan.

Communication was clear, and every detail was handled efficiently. Our driver 小亮 was equally impressive—punctual, courteous, and friendly. 5.00I contacted Lily only a couple days before the trip. She was very communicative and responded so fast. She gave genuine recommendations and I appreciated her being considerate and flexible about my group having elderly parents. If you don't have much time doing research on your own and want comfort & safety, I highly recommend their services!

5.00After doing some research on Trip Advisor, I booked this tour. I was in Sanya with my elderly parents, who are in their 80s, and they absolutely loved it. The tour operator was super responsive to our questions, and the driver was incredibly polite and punctual. I highly recommend them!

4.00The driver/guide Mr. Zhu did take us to some great sightseeing locations. However, the big disappointment was that he did not speak English and I could not speak mandarin Chinese. Fortunately my husband knows a bit of the language and we managed to get by, but otherwise it would have been a big disaster. I booked the tour on Viator' s English site, assuming that the service would be in English. Reading through the description again, nowhere did it mention that the guide would only be Chinese speaking. That should be clearly stated.

5.00I really enjoyed my time in this trip,I went to Sanya for a short time in a rushed trip and didn’t organize any tour. Luckily I found this tour Lily was so helpful and guided me and arranged a trip to my interests exactly and the driver was so polite and we communicated through wechat so the language was not a problem at all. He helped me buy the tickets and guided me through out the tour. I really recommend them💗
