  Vinh was very helpful, funny and patient with us during the entire process. He provided some history and background regarding the evolution of Egg Coffee in Vietnam. He guided us through the entire process and explained each step and the rationale behind it. We got to enjoy our own creations at the end.

  Fantastic class. I had no idea how much time it took to make ONE egg coffee! Vinh was a great teacher with a great attitude. He taught us about the history and the subtle nuances in preparing the coffee.

  It was a great experience, Vinh was really nice and explained everything in a very friendly and good way. It was very relaxibg and fun having such an experince with him.

  Vinh did a really great job at teaching us how to do a traditional egg coffee. During the whole workshop he also answerd all our questions. All in all we had a great time and would recomand the workshop with vinh.

  Vinh showed us everything really nice and he was also funny. It was a nice experience and I learned a lot. Aswell the Coffee was really good I will re do it at home. It took us about an hour and it was the perfect amount. And aswell a small group so Vinh had a lot of time for us. Loved it:)

  I took Rick's egg coffee class. He taught me very carefully about history. In addition, I was able to make egg coffee successfully in the practical section If you want to make a traditional Vietnamese egg corpo, I recommend you come here!

  Vinh’s egg coffee class was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. He was so cool, chilled and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived, it felt more like learning from a friend than sitting in a formal class. He explained the whole egg coffee process so clearly and patiently, breaking everything down step by step and making sure we understood why we were doing each part. It wasn’t just a demonstration; it was hands-on and properly engaging. The class itself was so interesting, especially learning about the history behind Vietnamese egg coffee and how it became so iconic. The best part was getting to make our own egg coffees and then actually sitting down to try them afterwards. It was such a fun experience (and very satisfying) I even tried egg coffee at Café Giảng afterwards, as Vinh recommended, but honestly - I think I preferred Vinh’s recipe to the original !!! Highly, highly recommend this class if you’re in HCM. Loved the experience.

  I joined the egg coffee class on January 13, and it was a truly memorable experience. Vinh was a wonderful mentor — very friendly, patient, and attentive to detail throughout the session. He explained every step clearly and made the process easy to understand, even for beginners. What I appreciated most was how he guided us step-by-step while also sharing the story and culture behind Vietnamese egg coffee. It made the experience feel more meaningful, not just instructional. The class was well-paced, engaging, and hands-on. I left feeling confident that I could recreate egg coffee on my own. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, which made learning even more enjoyable. If I may offer one small suggestion, it could be helpful to provide a simple printed or digital recipe summary for participants to take home as a reference. Overall, this was a delightful and unique experience. Thank you, Vinh, for your kindness, clarity in teaching, and passion for coffee.
