The session will begin by chanting OM together to help ground and center. You will then be invited to lie down as we guide you through a sensorial journey using ancient instruments such as Gongs, Didgeridoo, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and more. These sacred sounds induce deep relaxation, release tension, and activate the body’s natural healing processes. As part of the vibrational therapy, during the session you may also experience a Tibetan Bowl gently placed on your body, allowing its resonance to flow through your body.

Fantastic solo session. Felt the vibrations from head to toe… literally. Big release on my ride side (mostly my right ankle which is recovering from a serious injury. And also my right elbow) Back on Sunday, very happy to hear it runs 3 times a week and very reasonably priced. Organisers are so friendly and welcoming. Lots of questions answered and very talented. Totally recommend this to anyone 😀
