Great tour with Spindleshanks Mcscrew, great way to learn about the strange town of otley and its creepy history. Spindleshanks was a delight despite making me hold her creepy ass doll..

What a delight! We thoroughly enjoyed our ghost walk and learned a lot about Otley (even though we have lived there for years!). The vibe was fun rather than fear and this worked well for us - a marvellous way to start an evening out in Otley!

A really lovely way to spend a chilly Twixmas evening. With family visiting from NZ we found this a great way to show them more of Otley, and learnt some new bits of ghoulish history ourselves too. All in all a very enjoyable & interesting evening, highly recommended 🥰

What a great way to spend an haunting hour walking around the streets of Otley and finding out about the local ghosts and hauntings. Daisy was very entertaining with comical twists added and great theatrics. Would definitely recommend!

Solo or with friends, this tour is awesome! Atmospheric, engaging and so much fun lore and history about the town! Our tour guide, Daisy (or Spindleshanks👻) did a wonderful job of connecting the group, keeping us engaged and immersed in the spooky atmosphere! Many interesting and creepy stories and beautiful scenery, as well as plenty of jokes and fun! I would highly recommend attending any of the Yorkshire ghost walks offered by this company!!🤍 I attended the Leeds one as well and it was so much fun! Do yourselves a favor and book a ghostly walk with them!🤗

Great ghost tour, went as a family we all loved it. We will be booking on the Skipton walk over half term. Mixture of ghost stories and fun facts, a great evening.

Ghoulishly good fun Having lived in Otley for nearly 20 years I was pretty sure I knew it all How wrong I was...... We learnt things on this tour that will haunt us both for as long as we live. In Otley. Prepare yourselves for a mega spooky, super sinister and truly eye opening (you'll know what I mean after the tour) experience

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We booked the 1-Hour group Otley Ghost Tour thinking it might be a bit too spooky for my 7-year-old… turns out the only scary part was how much we had a good crack. Our guide was brilliant – part historian, part good banter , and part ghost whisperer (though the ghosts mostly kept their distance). She somehow managed to keep the adults entertained with eerie tales while making sure our daughter didn’t have nightmares. The tour was perfectly paced, full of fun facts about Otley’s cobbled streets and a few spine-tingling stories that made us all walk just a little closer together. My daughter is now convinced she saw a ghostly cat – or maybe it was just a passing shadow… either way, it made her night! Highly recommend for families – spooky enough for grown-ups, but child-friendly with no jump-scares or gory bits. Plus, it’s a great excuse to explore the town at night. Would absolutely do it again – next time we’ll bring extra beers for the ghosts. 👻🍪
