He was extremely knowledgeable, gave special attention to the children when needed, patiently listened to their many questions, and provided clear, comprehensive answers. I strongly recommend having a guide to get the most out of a first museum visit—especially when visiting with curious children whose eagerness to learn can sometimes go beyond what parents can easily explain. 5.00Lawrence was very "on top of things," sending us pre-tour messages and giving us pointers about arriving on time because of traffic. Even the meeting place before tour was nearly impossible to miss (red phone booth next to the main entrance). Lawrence has a great sense of humor (touting that he was the official tour guide of the NBA & NFL having given private tours to famous players) and really knows the best things to see within the walls of the massive. There was more than one surprise. My wife and I 100% endorse Lawrence's tour if you want to tour the British Museum. He did a great job!

5.00Now how can one improve on the magnificent Natural History Museum…. Well I would without hesitation say take this tour while being guided by MATILDA! Her knowledgeable insights and ability to bring the natural history to life is a remarkable talent that has to be experienced to truly appreciate the value of what you are surrounded by and being exposed to! Whole heartedly RECOMMENDED by my family of 4 including 2 teenagers!
