  A good way to see the islands, with just enough commentary. We were taken fairly close to the shore and had good views of two endangered species - beautiful puffins and expensive yachts and their owners! Luckily we had perfect weather and calm seas.It is quite a climb to get on board and around the wooden planks (seating), though the crew were on hand to help . All together an enjoyable trip.

  Great evening trip. We saw plenty of puffins & a pod of dolphins followed us for several minutes. A good tour around Jethou & Herm. Highly recommended.

  An excellent trip on Glad Tidings. Friendly and professional crew who were sensitive to what the passengers wanted to see. Got some great sightings, and photos, of the puffins off Herm. Informative commentary too.

  We had booked a tour, but unfortunately it was cancelled because there were too few participants. We understand the situation, but of course we want our money back. Unfortunately, we cannot contact the company in any way. We have been looking for their office in the port, but apparently there is no physical location, the phone number is not working and the email is not responded to.

  Unfortunately my cruise was cancelled due to operational reasons. I understand this is a risk and I was notified the day before. However, the reason for my 1* rating is because I am now chasing a refund. I cannot get through on the phone (it won’t connect) and my emails are going unanswered. Surely a refund on cancelled cruises should be led by the operator not the customer. Is frustrating. I’ll have to go via my bank now which is a hassle.

  We were so disappointed. They cancelled the trip but didn't let us know. We stood waiting and eventually someone else said that the trip was not going. No message from the company. Very poor customer service!

• Cancelled on us twice in August. Not reliable.

  In August cancelled a few hours before departure, this happened twice, sea conditions were NOT the reason. 1st was staff sickness, 2nd was operational issues. I am now waiting on £100 refund for 2 cancelled trips. So don't bank on them operating in peak season.

  We had a very enjoyable boat trip the views were stunning saw lots of puffins at the back of Herm will go again next year crew were friendly. only one small item we sat on side by wheel house and could not hear the commentary but didn't spoil our trip

  Lovely experience would definitely recommend and good value for money. Saw lots of puffins in the water which we had always wanted to see.
