Starting from your hotel, this walking adventure begins on a most unique discovery & orientation tour ever offered of Paris! It's called your 1st Day in Paris Tour because this 2 hour plus experience focuses on providing you freedom with knowledge of how to do Paris while at the same time you are enjoying as many sights as possible.
So much more than just facts & figures, the tour immerses you in to the Paris culture providing the visitor with understanding how things work, how to get around, what areas are safe, buying tickets, riding the buses & metro, protecting yourself from pickpockets, ordering at a café, or a bakery.
Of course you get to do amazing sightseeing, find hidden gems, quaint neighbourhoods and pass by the top must-see monuments, museums and parks in all of Paris which may include the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées, Montmartre, Louvre, Marais, Opéra, Places, Notre-Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Montparnasse and more.

5.00Very fast paced experience mostly focusing on teaching us how to use metro and RER. A lot to remember. Make sure you plan on using public transportation if you do this tour. The tour guide was wonderful and genuinely cared about showing you have to navigate city

5.00Thor was very helpful in getting us comfortable to navigate the public transportation. He also took us to see several places and rode the public transportation with us. This was my main concern but he will focus on whatever you would like. He gave us many restaurant recommendations also.

5.00My daughter and I had the best experience touring with Thor on our First Day Adventure Tour. It was the perfect introduction to Paris for first-time visitors, and by the end of our 3 hour tour we had mastered using the metro, bus, an ATM, the best food markets, safety, French etiquette, while also sightseeing and having a fabulous time together. This knowledge set us up for a week of marvelous adventures, and the confidence to set out on our own without any reservations. Merci beaucoup Thor!

5.00The tour was an excellent start to our vacation. It helped us to understand maneuvering through Paris. We started taking the Metro (so much faster) once Thor patiently went through the process to work the system. We also got a crash course in cafe etiquette, language etiquette, safety concerns/pick pockets and great restaurants. I can not recommend this tour highly enough if this is your first trip to Paris.

5.00Thor had great reviews, and I can see why! My best friend group of 5 ladies had a wonderful few hours learning how to use the metro and visiting some great locations. I've been to Paris 4 times, but this was a 1st visit for my friends. We ALL learned some great facts and history with Thor, and I highly recommend booking with him!

5.00Thor was great! He showed us how to buy a Navigo Card and showed us how to use the metro by taking a short ride. Then, we used the same card as we got onto a bus. He took us around our neighborhood and pointed out attractions and places we should visit. Thor went over our itinerary and made suggestions, even for dinner. Just make sure you have on your running shoes because this guy, Thor, covers a lot of territory and gives you A LOT of information in a short time. We would highly recommend.
