The trip was good but the day before our trip the locations were changed. Banff Gondola and Johnston canyon was canceled the day before our trip. Day one of our trip was great as we saw lake Moraine and lake Louise which were great. Our tour guide Chris was very good. He explained everything clearly and always willing to take photos. The second day we ended up going to locations we did not want to and the locations weren't that great. Overall the trip was good but we didn't know if the trip was going to take place because we had to meet the minimum capacity and we were told that if the minimum capacity isn't met the trip is canceled. So being uncertain about the trip was not amazing. But overall day 1 was very enjoyable and day 2 to Columbia ice field and Crow foot wasn't that great but overall the trip was fun.

We only did the second day of the tour as the itineraries for the tour were changed at the 11th hour and we had already visited the sites on the first day of the tour. They kindly made a satisfactory refund for the first day and we thus joined the tour for the second day. The 1-Day tour we went on was well organized and the tour guide, Chris, besides being a safe driver was very knowledgeable of all the sites visited and also kept us informed along the journey of any notable land marks. His suggestions of avoiding the crowded areas at the various sites was excellent and useful making the tour more enjoyable. i would recommend the tour.

The company provides a ride not information like a tour. It was nice to spend 2 days, seeing sights but almost no information or history about any of the sights and lots of time waiting for the bus. I have great respect for the knowledge of tour guides who love their country and are very informative. This company does not meet the grade of a tour company. It is a business run by people new to Calgary and Canada, who do not know any history, culture or geography of the area. A tour guide has depth of knowledge not obtained from Google. There should be better standards for tour guides so tourists don’t get inaccurate information about an area. This company should not be supported by Canadians or tourists to the Banff area. Do not tour with Banff Journey; it is a terrible example of people living in Canada 3-5 years and poor representation of the profession of tour guides

Banff journey provided good itinerary in this two day tour. Our tour guide William is energetic and good at telling us different information regarding Banff national park. We also got chances to see different wild life animals during the tour. Much recommended.

The views were great and the tour guide we had was friendly, and pretty knowledgeable. I had a pretty good time I would probably pick this again if I ever went again.

William provided excellent service. Pickup at the airport, one night hotel stay included along with a great time at Heritage Park, Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, and Bow Falls. If you are short on time, and want to cram a lot of sightseeing in, this is the tour to take. Excellent value, and William is a great guy.
