5.00We spent two incredible days touring with the exceptional tour guide, Daniel. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. He imparted the amazing beauty and history of the Basque Country to us. We visited 3 different wineries on our first day, each so unique and different from the other. We ate at two authentic Basque restaurants over the two days. We loved experiencing food and atmosphere that could only be found with a guide who had a deep understanding of the area. On day two we went to the impressive Guggenheim museum in Bilbao and visited 3 different Basques villages, one being Gernika. We didn’t get an opportunity to visit Picasso’s Guernica in Madrid so being able to go to the actual site of the tragedy was truly appreciated. Thank you Dan for making this part of our Spain trip so memorable!

5.00We took two tours while we were visiting San Sebastian with this tour company. Our guide was Martin. Everything about the tours were exceptional. We went to Lourdes in France and Martin was extremely knowledgeable about the Holy site and the town. He knew exactly where to take us and knew a vast amount of information about each Holy place. We also took a second tour guided by Martin through the bass countryside, stopping at the sanctuary of Saint Ignatius and other churches. Once again, Martin was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything that he was showing us. If we ever travel to San Sebastian again, we will definitely tour with this company. They will work with you to customize your tours. The guides are very knowledgeable. The vehicles are very comfortable.

5.00Ikar and Mikel were excellent guides. My husband and I spent two full days with them . Ikar toured San Sebastián with us and Mikel travelled with us to st. Jean de luz, Biarritz and Hondarribia. Both guides were very knowledgable and eager to please us and address our interests-food, wine and history. We are a couple in our 70’s that enjoy a slower pace . But I’m confident that Ikar would be great with a faster more adventurous group as well. I feel they went above and beyond . Recommend them without any hesitation and would use them again on a return trip

5.00We hired Iker from Basque Guides for a two day tour of the the Basque region. We visited Zarauz, Getaria, Zumaia, Gaztelugatxe and Bilbao. Iker is very professional, responsive, had many suggestions to make our trip enjoyable. It is very clear that Iker is passionate and proud to share his country's history, culture and food with his clients and his enthusiasm made us all the more appreciative of this beautiful area. We had an amazing time and will be back! We would recommend his 100%!

5.00Iker was excellent! Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and organized. He took me and a group of friends on a tour to Zarauz, Getaria and Zumaia one day and to Gaztelugatxe, Bilbao and the Guggenheim another day. He was very responsive, happy to accommodate us, and had multiple suggestions to make our tours really enjoyable. We enjoyed wine tasting and excellent restaurants. We highly recommend Iker if you are traveling to the beautiful Basque Country!

5.00Iker arranged 2 days of tours from San Sebastián for our group of 5 to; Bilbao and Biarritz. His in-depth knowledge of history along with local culture/customs made for a thorough and enjoyable experience. Excellent value!!! Highlights were Guggenheim in Bilbao and walking the streets of Biarritz. All a must for any visitor!

5.00We toured 2 different days with inker. He speaks great English and is very knowledgeable of the areas around San Sebastián, their wines, as well as the villages on the French border.
