Thingvellir National Park

The first destination is Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for the visible tectonic rift where the North American and Eurasian plates meet, offering opportunities for walking exploration. This location also holds significant historical importance as the founding site of the Icelandic Parliament, the Althingi, in 930 AD.

Geysir

Following the visit to Thingvellir, the tour continues to the Geysir Hot Spring Area, where you'll witness the dynamic geothermal activity, most notably the Strokkur geyser, which regularly erupts, sending boiling water up to 130 feet (40 meters) into the air every few minutes.
